What We Cost

Financial Planning

Our fees are billed on Assets Under Management (AUM). Your personalized cost is based on the complexity, time commitment, and any specialized needs you may have.

Our annual costs are commonly as follows:

Under $1 million (M): Up to 1.10%
$1M to $5M: Up to 1.00%

$5M - $10M: 0.85% - 1.00%

Over $10M: Flat Dollar Cost Not to Exceed 0.85% Equivalent

Business & Exit Strategy

Cost structure for Business Valuation and Exit Strategy - Farm and Non-Farm - can be flexible to fit your current situation. They can also be combined for Financial Planning Clients

Business Valuation: $1,200 to $5,000

Exit + Valuation: $4,500 to $10,000

Costs Associated With Valuations and Exit Planning Are Independent of Financial Planning Costs for Relationships Under $5M AUM.

Municipal Investment Management

For municipal and institutional clients, the cost is separated into two. The first part is the startup cost which will vary based on support needed to review or establish an Investment Policy Statement, management committee, training and education for committee, and complexity. The second is an AUM charge based on our relationship size.

Startup Cost: $2,500 to $10,000

Under $10M: 0.85%

$10M+: Flat Dollar Fee Not to Exceed 0.85% Equivalent
